Family Promise of the Chippewa Valley is pleased to welcome Colleen Weber as our new Director of Development. In this role, Colleen will lead our fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts to support families experiencing homelessness in the Chippewa Valley.
Colleen brings a strong background in small business ownership and nonprofit development. As a former downtown Eau Claire business owner, she is well known for her entrepreneurial spirit, community involvement, and commitment to making a positive impact. Her experience in building relationships, securing resources, and fostering community partnerships will be instrumental in advancing our mission.
Colleen is passionate about connecting people to causes that matter and believes in the power of collaboration and storytelling to drive meaningful change. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining, being on the water and traveling.
We’re excited to have Colleen on board and look forward to the energy and vision she brings to our team.
